What a beautiful day at Vineyard Park’s Western Day! 🐴

We were honored to welcome the Spokane Mounted Patrol, whose horses brought joy, connection, and countless smiles to our residents. Watching our residents interact with these gentle animals was truly heartwarming.

➖The therapeutic power of horses is remarkable especially for older adults. Their calming presence can spark memories, reduce stress, encourage social engagement, and provide a deep sense of comfort and emotional connection.

Adding to the day’s magic, one of our incredible nursing staff members shared her baby goat with the residents.

What an amazing May at Vineyard Park South Hill!

We wrapped up the month celebrating our May birthdays with delicious cake, great company, and plenty of karaoke fun! 🎤

Seeing our residents laugh, sing, and make memories together is what makes our community so special.

Today, we paused to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

On this Memorial Day, we reflected with gratitude on their courage, dedication, and the freedoms they helped protect.

At Vineyard Park South Hill, we also recognize the many residents, families, and loved ones whose lives have been touched by military service. Your stories, sacrifices, and patriotism continue to inspire us every day.
