This patient came to us struggling with ptosis (breast sagging) something that can happen over time due to weight changes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or just natural aging. She wanted to restore a more lifted, youthful shape while still looking natural.

An anchor pattern breast lift allows us to remove excess skin, reshape the breast, and reposition the ni**le for better support and contour. It’s especially helpful for more significant ptosis where a subtle lift wouldn’t be enough.

Loose skin on the upper back after weight loss is something a lot of people deal with… but rarely talk about.

This result is from an upper back lift, designed to remove excess skin and smooth out that “bra roll” area for a more contoured silhouette.

What you’re seeing here is part of a larger transformation. Additional procedures were performed at the same time, including a brachioplasty (arm lift) and breast lift, though those aren’t the focus of this post.

Personal identifiers have been removed for privacy, but results have not been altered.

Healing is still ongoing, but the difference in contour and skin tightness already speaks for itself.
