Celebrating Our First Community Hero Award Recipients! Frontier Behavioral Health is proud to recognize Peer Support Specialist Polly and Housing Specialist Matt as the first recipients of our new FBH Community Hero Award! Last week, FBH CEO Kelli Miller and members of our Executive Leadership Team had the honor of presenting Polly and Matt with their awards in recognition of their extraordinary actions. On September 30th, while traveling to a community outreach event, Polly and Matt came across a serious vehicle collision. Without hesitation, they stopped to help, taking quick action that may have helped save a life. Despite the intense experience, they continued on to their outreach event to support their clients. What an incredible example of courage, dedication, compassion and resiliency! The FBH Community Hero Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities to help protect or save lives during community emergencies. Please join us in congratulating Polly and Matt! 👏 We are incredibly proud and grateful to have such compassionate and dedicated individuals on our team 💙

Yesterday, our FBH Caregiver Support Program hosted a wonderful Caregiver Conference, bringing together over 100 attendees and several community vendors for a day dedicated to supporting and celebrating caregivers. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, our community partners, and the amazing Caregiver Support Program team for making this event such a success! In Issue 48, we’re highlighting the many ways Frontier Behavioral Health continues to expand care and support for the people in our community. Learn about FBH’s first occupational therapy program and how it’s helping clients build skills for everyday life, the expansion of supportive housing for some of our community’s most vulnerable residents, and the future Behavioral Health Wellbeing Clinic being developed in partnership with CHAS Health ( CHAS Health ) to bring physical and behavioral healthcare together under one roof. Sat 9/26- What a beautiful day for the 2nd Annual Hope Walk! We loved being there, connecting with our community and spending time alongside so many incredible community partners! Most importantly, it was a day to come together, walk for su***de prevention, spread hope and remember those we have lost to su***de 💙 Thank you to the Prevent Su***de Spokane Coalition for bringing our community together for such a meaningful day.
