๐Ÿ’š Today is Jaunt in June! ๐Ÿ’š
Weโ€™re gathered at Frontier Behavioral Healthโ€™s main campus parking lot in downtown Spokane for the annual Jaunt in June walk, hosted by the Spokane County Consumer Consultation Panel.
The event runs until 1:30 PM, so stop by, say hello, and join us in raising awareness for mental health. Together, we can help reduce stigma, foster connection, and remind one another that no one has to walk their journey alone.

From individual therapy and psychiatric medication management to care coordination and specialized referrals, our outpatient programs provide personalized support while individuals continue living, learning, working, and engaging in daily life. With several locations throughout our community, weโ€™re committed to making mental health care accessible and meeting people where they are.

As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to leave you with one final reminder: you are not alone ๐Ÿ’š

If you are struggling, here is some meaningful advice straight from the hearts of our staff โ€” because sometimes the smallest reminder can make the biggest difference. Healing is not always linear. Asking for help is not weakness. And even on the hard days, your story is not over.

Thank you for following along with us throughout May as we continue working to reduce stigma, encourage conversations, and remind our community that support is always available. If you are struggling, reaching out is okay. You deserve support.

Mental health action does not have to be something huge. Sometimes the most important step is simply slowing down, reaching out, or giving yourself permission to rest. Today is Mental Health Action Day - a reminder that small actions can make a big difference for ourselves and for those around us. ๐Ÿ’š
