Sometimes I have all the right words to say and sometimes the struggle is real. These past few weeks, I’ve tried to think of the perfect way to end this chapter, and what keeps coming back to me is this…

I’m just so freaking proud.

I’m proud of what was created here. I’m proud of how much I’ve grown, not just as a yoga teacher and business owner, but also as a person. Starting Lily & Sage Yoga asked me to be brave in ways I never expected. It stretched me, humbled me, challenged me, and changed me.

I’m proud of every Guide who shared their heart in this space and the friendships that blossomed.

I’m proud of the relationships that were formed and the sense of community that grew here.

Most of all, I’m proud of every person who walked through these doors and trusted us to be part of your journey. Whether you came once or many, you helped make this little studio exactly what it was meant to be.

This closing is an honoring of myself. It feels like listening to my heart instead of my ego. It feels like choosing what matters most in this season of life.

So, thank you. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing in this dream. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your story, while becoming such an important part of mine.

I’ll carry this chapter with me forever, and I’ll always be grateful that our paths crossed. No more tears. Only smiles. Peace out my friends.

Happy Sunday friend! 🤍
It has been such an amazing week away with my husband. We spent time exploring, discovering new places, and being reminded of just how vast and beautiful this world truly is. It has been a gift to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

As we head into these final weeks together, the studio doors will be open for just two more weeks, and I would truly love to see you if you’re able to join us.

We have two remaining Sound Bath experiences, including one today, and there is still space available. If you’ve been thinking about coming, we would love to share this experience with you.

Practice with Purpose week begins!!

The voting window has closed, and we are moving right into practicing with purpose.

We are honored to share that this year’s Practice With Purpose recipient is Ventures Unlimited!

From June 15 through June 20, 20% of all class proceeds will be donated to support their mission and the important work they do within our community.

As we move through the final weeks of our studio’s journey, it feels especially meaningful to give back to the community that has supported us from the very beginning. Rooted in the yogic principle of seva, or selfless service, this week is an opportunity to extend our practice beyond the mat and into the world around us.

Let’s make this a week of giving back. Every class attended helps make a difference. 🤍

Hey Friends! I’ve extended the deadline so today is the final day to nominate a local non-profit organization for this year’s Practice With Purpose week.

Rooted in the yogic principle of seva, or selfless service, Practice With Purpose is one of my favorite traditions since opening the studio. From June 15 through June 20, 20% of all class proceeds will be donated to a local non-profit chosen by our community.

As we move through the final weeks of our studio’s journey, it feels especially meaningful to give back to the community. Together, we have created something beautiful, and this is one small way we can extend that gratitude outward.

If there is an organization close to your heart that is making a difference in our community, we invite you to submit a nomination before the end of the day.

Thank you for helping us practice seva and carry the spirit of yoga beyond the mat and into our community.

Mark your calendars!! This is going to be beautiful!

International Make Music Day is also International Yoga Day.
Stacie Haus of Ohm Haus Studio in Spooner will conduct an Outdoor Restorative Sound Bath event.
(Canceled if raining.)
June 21st
10:00 am – 11:00 am

Slow down and unwind with a gentle outdoor sound bath. Relax as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other soothing instruments create a peaceful space for rest, renewal, and a nervous system reset.

This event will be held at the Spooner Elementary School Amphitheater. Park in the Spooner Elementary School's front entrance parking lot (located across from Division St.) and follow the paved walking trail straight past the playground and tree line. The event will be on your right hand side. Participants will need to bring either a yoga mat or a blanket to lay on, and any additional items to help them be comfortable such as a pillow(s), leg bolster, a light-weight blanket to cover up with, sunscreen, and water. There will be a canopy put up for shade.

This decision comes with many emotions, but it also comes with clarity. The studio has brought so much joy, purpose, connection, and meaning into my life. I have loved creating this community and sharing the practice that has given me so much.

This choice is not about walking away from something that is no longer important. It is about honoring a season of life that is asking for more space for family, friendships, adventure, rest, and my own personal journey.

If you have walked through these doors or have been a part of the studio in some way, thank you. Thank you for your trust, your support, your laughter, your vulnerability, and your presence. What we created together was always about more than yoga.

The relationships, memories, and growth will continue long after the doors close.

I hope to see many of you on the mat during these final weeks. 🤍

Voting is officially open for this year’s Practice With Purpose Week! 🤍

Each year, our community helps choose a local nonprofit organization to receive a portion of class proceeds during one special week of practice.

Here’s how it works:

• Vote for your favorite local nonprofit between now and June 12.
• The top nominees will move on to a final vote.
• The nonprofit receiving the most votes will receive 20% of class proceeds from June 15-20.

This is one of my favorite traditions at Lily & Sage Yoga because it reminds us that our practice extends beyond the walls of the studio and into the community around us. I can't wait to see which organizations you nominate and support this year!

I am so excited to share this workshop with you!

Whether you’ve been using essential oils for years, are completely new to aromatherapy, or have attended one of my previous workshops, this class is designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of essential oils and how to use them safely and confidently.

In just one hour, we’ll explore the fascinating world of aromatherapy, including what essential oils are, how they’re made, how they work, safe methods of use, dilution, storage, quality considerations, and so much more. You’ll even have the opportunity to experience several oils firsthand as we explore the power of scent together.

One of my favorite things about aromatherapy is that it bridges ancient plant wisdom with modern understanding, offering simple yet meaningful ways to support the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

My hope is that you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and inspired to use essential oils with greater confidence and intention.
