Purposeful Pam ✨I’m a 36yr old with a keen love for life✨⁣
style (ish) | veg foodie | yoga doer | world traveler | owner of

Born and raised in Monterrey, NL in Mexico, where I first encountered yoga in 2013 is when my passion for the practice began. Experiencing the potential that yoga has to balance the body, create awareness and accepting the true self has been my inspiration to takeoff as a teacher in 2016. I encourage my students to build a mindful and sustainable yoga practice using a diverse combination of simple and refined asanas (postures) within a proper alignment to ensure a progressive and strong foundation.

I was cleaning my laptop when I found these.
I loved this version of me.
I’ve made peace with what my body can do now and I’m really grateful to have had the chance to surprise myself by moving this way.
Now practice looks more like a 20 min forward fold, and I’m happy with that.
So… I’m on to the next thing, because I want to keep giving myself the opportunity to still surprise myself and see what else I can do 🙌🏼.

I’ve had so much time for myself.⁣

And I haven’t really had time to digest all of it, how ironic.⁣
It’s been overwhelming —in the best way— and I’m grateful for having life changing opportunities that help me mature and evolve in my aging process. I can’t wait to get home and unpack —literally and rhetorically— all of the things I’ve learned and experience to see where I’ll be landing with all that in coming back with.⁣
