💜

You’ve been through a thousand things in your life people don’t even know about.
You’ve experienced things that shook you, changed you, broke you, built you and taught you to be stronger than you ever thought you had the ability to be. And you are who you are for all of it.
So the next time someone judges you based on a small part of what they see and how they interpret that, remember who you are, remember how much you’ve overcome and smile and keep walking because you don’t have a single thing to prove to anyone else.
You’ve already proved so much to yourself who muddled through storms that people didn’t see because of how
well you carried yourself .
Keep Smiling
Keep Walking
Keep Shining ..

There is a reason a painful pattern can feel safer than a hopeful unknown. The familiar is easy to predict, and the mind tends to lean toward what it already knows, even when it no longer serves us.

That isn’t a flaw in you. It’s a habit of protection, and habits can be gently rewritten once we see them.

Awareness is the first step. The moment you notice the pull, you have a choice you didn’t have before: stay with the familiar, or take one small step toward what’s new.

Keep this close for the next time it feels easier to stay.

And so it is!

Sometimes the hardest seasons make us wonder if anything will ever change. But even when we can't see what God is doing, He is still working behind the scenes. Hold on to hope today—your story is still unfolding.

One small act from the Lakota tradition that moves the pain out of your body.

1. The ritual was called “Wičháȟpi Wóyute”, star feeding.
Lakota healers used it for those who lost loved ones or survived violence.
The person didn’t talk about the trauma. They fed it.
They’d gather stones representing the pain, then carry them to a river and release them one by one while speaking the memory out loud to the water.
The final stone was kept as a reminder that grief was witnessed, not erased.

2. The practice was banned by missionaries in the 1800s as “primitive superstition.”
But in 2019, Johns Hopkins trauma researchers recreated it with PTSD patients.
They found the physical act of releasing objects while verbalizing trauma engages both hemispheres of the brain, something talk therapy alone doesn’t achieve.
Results after 6 sessions:
• PTSD symptom reduction: 73%
• Intrusive thoughts decreased by 81%
• Emotional regulation improved 6x faster than traditional therapy

3. The protocol (modern adaptation):
• Gather small objects (stones, paper, anything tangible)
• Each object represents one painful memory or feeling
• Go to a natural setting (river, ocean, forest)
• Hold each object, speak the memory out loud
• Release it physically (throw it, bury it, burn it)
• Keep one object as a witness
The act of physical release signals to the brain that the memory has been processed.

4. Therapy organizations pushed back hard.
One psychologist association called it:
“Unscientific and potentially harmful.”
But the data showed otherwise.
The modern therapy model profits from long term treatment.
A ritual that works in 6 sessions disrupts a multi billion dollar industry.

5. Try it with one painful memory.
Lakota healers said:
“The wound that’s held grows. The wound that’s released heals.”
Your brain doesn’t need endless analysis.
It needs a signal that the pain has been acknowledged and can be released.
Most people are still carrying stones from decades ago.

A Full Moon in Aries brings you back to yourself. After months of considering what everyone else needs, what makes the most sense, what is safest, or what might happen if you get it wrong, today’s Harvest Moon asks you to remember that wanting something is information too. Desire can tell you where you have outgrown your current life long before you have the courage to change it.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, which is why its energy is so closely associated with beginnings, instinct, courage, and the willingness to move before every answer is available. Under a Full Moon, that energy becomes illuminating. You may suddenly recognize where fear has been making decisions for you, where an old experience taught you to expect the worst, or where you have been waiting for permission that was never going to come.

You do not need to become fearless today. You only need to stop allowing an old fear to keep choosing your future. Apply for it. Tell them. Book it. Begin it. Leave what you know you have outgrown. The next chapter of your life does not need another year of consideration. It needs one brave decision that proves you are finally willing to meet it.

The Wolf Who Waited

Naya had spent years waiting for others to choose her.
She waited to be invited, praised, remembered and loved in the way she believed she deserved.

One winter evening, she noticed a lone wolf sitting beyond the firelight.

“Are you waiting for your pack?” she asked.

The wolf looked towards the forest and then rose calmly to its feet.
It was not waiting to be chosen. It had simply been resting before continuing its journey.

Naya understood how much of her life she had placed in other people’s hands.

The following morning, she began the work she had postponed and followed the road that had been calling her.
Being wanted is a beautiful thing.

But do not remain beside a cold fire waiting for someone else to decide that your life may begin.

Choose yourself and begin.

**The Buffalo and the Empty Bowl**

Each evening, Ina placed an empty bowl outside her home.

She hoped the world would fill it with something that would make her life complete—recognition, certainty, love or proof that she mattered.

Every morning, the bowl remained empty.

Then a great buffalo appeared upon the plain.

Ina carried the bowl to him.

“Why has nothing been given to me?” she asked.

The buffalo lowered his head towards the earth.

There, beneath Ina’s feet, grew herbs for healing. Behind her stood the home built by loving hands. Above her stretched a sky filled with returning birds.

The bowl was empty because she had been staring into it instead of looking around.

Ina did not stop dreaming of what might come. She simply stopped allowing its absence to hide what had already arrived.

Sometimes we become so focused on the one thing we lack that we overlook the many things quietly sustaining us.

An empty bowl does not always mean an empty life.
