We have partnered with Kathy Brown Wellness to bring to you a prenatal class where you can learn more about your body and how to support it. This workshop is designed for those who have been interested in a Lamaze Class but would like to understand the daily maintenance to help you prepare for birth, prevent high stress levels, and be able to perform every day activities with ease.
