MRMG Primary Care & Pediatrics welcomes new family medicine physician!

Maury Regional Medical Group (MRMG) Primary Care & Pediatrics has added Jade Harris, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, to its medical staff.

Dr. Harris received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her residency training through the University of Tennessee Nashville Family Medicine residency program in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

MRMG Urology welcomes Eden L. Leighton, FNP-C.

Leighton earned her undergraduate degree from Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee, and her master’s degree from the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama. Before transitioning into her role as a nurse practitioner, she spent seven years serving patients as a registered nurse at Maury Regional Health.

MRMG Urology is located at 1222 Trotwood Avenue, Suite 601, in Columbia. Office hours are Monday–Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Dr. Deepti Bulchandani is board-certified in endocrinology and internal medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Missouri and her fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Kansas.

Michelle Kennedy, FNP-C earned her degrees from the University of North Alabama. She has been a dedicated member of the Maury Regional Medical Center family since 2009, previously serving as our diabetes coordinator.

All Maury Regional Medical Group primary care and specialty care practices will be closed on Monday, May 25 as we remember and honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service of our country.

Patients are encouraged to call in advance for any medication or appointment needs. Normal hours will be resumed on Tuesday, May 26.

Maury Regional Urgent Care locations in Columbia and North Columbia will be open on Memorial Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to meet urgent health care needs.

The Feeling Fabulous program at Maury Regional Health brings together stylists, nutritionists and exercise specialists to help women facing cancer look and feel their best during this difficult time. The next program is scheduled on Monday, September 10 at noon in the Maury Regional Cancer Center in Columbia. Funded by the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation, this free program helps women with cancer by providing information about how to address the changes their bodies experience as a result of cancer treatment.
