At Americare, Wellness isn’t a program – it’s a way of life. Through Flourish Wellness, we create opportunities for residents to live with vitality, meaning, and personal fulfillment at every age and ability level.

Dimension of Wellness: Vocational

Activity: Baking a passion of one of our residents.

Story: For Miss Janet it not only was her passion in life but her lifelong job. Both baking and cooking in a hospital for the patients was definitely right where she needed to be. Now she loves to bake for us here at the Willows still baking and fulfilling her love of doing for others.
