Cardiac screenings are required for all students participating in sports this upcoming year. Mandatory for high school aged students. Middle school students, depends on the school. Plenty of opportunities to have your child screened.

Make sure they are read by a physician trained in pediatric cardiology, or at the very least family medicine and pediatrics.

Here’s a great organization that is offering them in many different counties. You can also schedule an appointment with your child’s doctor to get this done.

Bring the form required by the school to be completed in hand to the appointment.🙂

Exciting News from Dedea, M.D. Family Medicine!

As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive, preventive, and patient-centered care, Dr. Lauren Dedea will be expanding her training throughout the year by pursuing advanced education and certification in Peptide Therapy and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy.

These therapies represent exciting developments in regenerative and holistic medicine, with potential applications in areas such as wellness optimization, recovery, joint and musculoskeletal health, and healthy aging.

Over the coming months, we will be carefully evaluating and implementing evidence-based treatment options that align with our practice philosophy of helping patients achieve their best health through both traditional and integrative approaches.

We look forward to sharing updates as new services become available and will provide additional information regarding treatment options, candidacy, and scheduling in the future.
