Join Our Pediatric Therapy Team – Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Kids First Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our
growing pediatric therapy team! If you are passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive and
enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Requirements
• Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license, or eligible to obtain one within the next 30 days
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion for working with pediatric patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in a pediatric clinic, outpatient setting, hospital, or school-based environment is preferred, but new
graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address developmental, sensory, fine
motor, visual motor, self-care, and functional goals
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help children improve independence in daily
activities
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
to provide comprehensive care
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and patient goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
• Foster a fun, engaging, and positive atmosphere where children feel encouraged to learn and grow
