Hey it’s Treena! Just finished up with a client and remembered how life giving it feels to spend time 1:1 helping people. That’s what it’s all about. Encouraging, educating, equipping + empowering.

Not about sucking money out of anyone or making it seem like I have all the answers.

But in all things acknowledging Christ the Great Physician and approaching wellness as a journey of the whole being.

I don’t have it all figured out and I can’t do all the things or be all things to all people. But with strength from God, I can pour into people. And THAT is what it’s all about!

So keep going! Whether you’re a practitioner serving clients or someone on their health journey searching for direction.

*Note about picture: I am literally laughing because it took me a gazillion times to finally realize where to look.

I have fought self criticism, over thinking things, fear, worrying about what man think instead of looking to God, self doubt and hopefully all the things other people have struggled with too.

But reminded me that “I was not given the spirit of fear. But of power, love and a sound mind.” 🙌🏻

We provide spaces for educational and community events, fitness classes, networking groups, prayer meetings and book club.
