Spring House Estates is one of the Philadelphia area’s most recognized retirement communities. Located in Lower Gwynedd, PA, the community's 58-acre campus is a nature lover's dream - broad, green lawns dotted with charming garden areas, embraced by mature woods. And all this while still being close to Philadelphia for nights in the city! Residents choose from one- to three-bedroom apartment homes, and each residence has either a patio or balcony. Plus, our apartments are under the same roof as our main clubhouse area, just steps away from all the wonderful amenities this community has to offer. Should a higher level of care ever become necessary, assisted living and skilled nursing care accommodations are available right on campus.

Spring House Estates had the privilege of visiting Fleurs de Villes: The Gilded Age at Lynnewood Hall in Elkins Park! 🌸 The immersive floral exhibition, created in partnership with The Gilded Age on HBO and Philadelphia floral designers, transformed the historic estate into a celebration of flowers, fashion, history, and storytelling. Residents explored one-of-a-kind fresh floral mannequins inspired by the show’s iconic characters, all while getting a rare look inside Lynnewood Hall after it opened to the public for the first time in more than 84 years. It was truly breathtaking! ✨

Spring House Estates residents enjoyed an educational trip to the Pennsylvania State Capitol! 🏛️ Our tour guide shared plenty of interesting facts and stories, and the group wrapped up the visit with lunch at the café and PA Mascots on the Hill. ❤️

Spring House Estates joined Gwynedd Estates and Fort Washington Estates at the Senior Resource Fair hosted by Rep. Liz Hanbidge’s 61st Legislative District at the Ambler YMCA! It was great connecting with residents and Future Resident Club members while seeing so many valuable resources for seniors come together in one place. ❤️

Cruise Week 2026 was a hit at Spring House Estates! 🚢 🌍

Residents picked up their boarding passes and set off on a week of fun with stops in Greece, France, and Spain, along with themed activities, special dinners, and plenty of adventures along the way. Back in Philadelphia, the trip wrapped up with local favorites like water ice and pretzels. 🥨

The OlympiActs Pep Rally at Spring House Estates yesterday was full of Spartan pride! 🎉 Residents came together to cheer on our athletes and enjoy special appearances from the Spartan mascot and the Mummers. GO SPARTANS! 💙🏅

A morning spent with coffee, tea, and some very friendly animals? That’s a great way to start the day! ☕🐮❤️

Residents recently visited Rose Bridge Farm Sanctuary for their Coffee & Cows experience, where they enjoyed feeding, petting, and spending time with the animals. It was a fun and memorable outing that left everyone smiling and looking forward to another visit!

Recently, residents enjoyed a guided tour of the Free Library of Philadelphia, learning more about its rich history and lasting impact on the community. 📚 🏛️
