Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one. We may grieve the end of a relationship, a life transition, changes in health, the loss of a job, an unrealized dream, or a version of ourselves that no longer exists. Whatever loss is asking for your attention, you are welcome here.
Our second session focuses on anger—bringing awareness to it, learning to channel it, and transforming it into a source of strength.
Anger is a powerful force. When acknowledged and understood, it can become the energy that moves us toward what comes next. Rather than something to fear or suppress, anger can be an important messenger in the grieving process.
Together, we will explore what grief-related anger looks and feels like, creating a compassionate space to witness our experiences with curiosity, honesty, and self-awareness. By honoring our anger instead of resisting it, we open the door to healing, growth, and empowerment.
Sunday September 20th
9:30 AM-12:30PM
Our time together will include education, discussion, reflection, gentle movement, breath and sound. The movement segment is accessible to all physical abilities.
Throughout this series, participants will receive experienced guidance and support for conscious grief work. Susan and Serena will facilitate each gathering, creating a safe and welcoming environment to acknowledge our losses, reconnect with ourselves, and move toward healing.
Susan brings many years of direct hospice experience, along with extensive work supporting individuals through trauma across all stages of life. She is deeply committed to somatic healing practices and guiding others through spiritual principles that foster resilience and transformation.
