Today, all of us at Adcock Funeral Home & Crematory would like to wish every mother, grandmother, stepmother, and mother figure a very Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

Today is a day to celebrate the love, strength, sacrifice, and unwavering care that mothers give so freely. Whether through comforting words, warm embraces, quiet guidance, or lifelong devotion, mothers leave fingerprints on our hearts that never fade.

We also pause today to lovingly remember the mothers who are no longer physically with us. For many, Mother’s Day carries both joy and longing — memories of laughter, traditions, recipes, phone calls, and the unconditional love only a mother can give. Though they may be gone from our sight, their love continues to live on in the lives they shaped and the families they cherished.

To those celebrating with their mothers today, hold them close.
To those honoring a mother’s memory, may her love surround you still.
And to every mother — thank you for the countless ways you make this world brighter.

Happy Mother’s Day from our family at Adcock Funeral Home & Crematory. 🌷

Today, the staff of Adcock Funeral Home would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our founding owner, Mrs. Ann Adcock, for the wonderful homemade pound cake she so graciously prepared for us.

The ladies in the office were reminiscing about the good old days when Mrs. Adcock would bring in her famous pound cake—such a special treat that always brought smiles to everyone. Wanting to bring back those sweet memories, Funeral Director Daniel Armstrong reached out and asked her if she might make one for the girls. Her response? “That’s easy. I’ll let you know when it’s ready.”

Well, today was the day—and it did not disappoint! The staff truly enjoyed every bite of her delicious pound cake, and it meant so much to all of us. We are incredibly thankful that her health still allows her to spoil us in such a thoughtful way.

Thank you, Mrs. Adcock. It was absolutely delicious! ❤️

Kind gestures like this truly brighten our day and remind us how special the families we serve really are. Thank you for bringing a little sunshine to our office today. ☀️
