🌟 New Research on Midlife Fitness & Healthy Aging 🌟
A powerful new study in JACC just confirmed something we see every day in our wellness community: the fitness you build in midlife has a profound impact on how well you age.

Researchers followed more than 24,000 adults and found that people with higher cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) in midlife enjoyed:

💚 A longer health span — more years living without major chronic disease
💚 Fewer total chronic conditions over their lifetime
💚 A longer lifespan overall
💚 Later onset of cardiovascular, metabolic, kidney, and even cancer-related conditions
💚 On average, 1.5+ years delay in developing each major chronic disease

What’s especially encouraging?
These benefits were seen in both men and women, across different ages, body sizes, and smoking histories. In other words: it’s never too late to build fitness that protects your future.

This is exactly why we champion walking groups, yoga, strength training, joyful movement, and community connection — not for perfection, but for the long game of living well.

✨ Your midlife habits matter. Your daily movement matters. Your community matters.
Small, consistent steps today can literally add healthy years to your life.

If you want support building a movement routine that feels doable and sustainable, we’re here for you every step of the way. 💛

Meditation Is for Every Mind — Join Us This Weekend!
If you’ve ever wondered whether meditation could actually help you… the answer is yes. And it’s not just about “relaxing.” Meditation creates real, measurable changes in the body and brain.

Regular practice can:
✨ Reduce stress, anxiety, and inflammation
✨ Improve focus and emotional regulation
✨ Support better sleep
✨ Lower resting heart rate and blood pressure
✨ Boost patience, self‑awareness, and overall outlook

These benefits happen because meditation helps calm the nervous system, decrease cortisol, and create healthier patterns in the brain — and anyone can learn how to do it.

Our two‑day workshop this weekend is designed for every experience level, especially if you’ve ever said:
“I can’t meditate.”
“My mind is too busy.”
“I don’t know how.”

There are so many ways to meditate, and we’ll help you find the one that fits your mind and your life.

🗓 Saturday & Sunday
⏰ 12–2 PM

Meditation for Real People — This Weekend!
Saturday & Sunday • 12–2 PM

If you’ve ever said “I can’t meditate” or “My mind is too busy for that,” this workshop is exactly for you.

There’s no one “right” way to meditate — because there’s no one way that people’s minds work. Some minds wander. Some race. Some get sleepy. Some get restless. And guess what? Every single one of those minds can meditate.

Join us for a gentle, accessible two‑day meditation workshop designed to help you discover the style that fits your brain, your life, and your nervous system.

Over two days, you’ll explore:
✨ Different ways to focus the mind
✨ Simple practices that meet you where you are
✨ Tools for calming, grounding, and clarity
✨ A supportive community learning together

Whether you’re brand new, skeptical, or starting again — you belong here.

🗓 Saturday & Sunday
⏰ 12–2 PM

Bring your curiosity, your busy mind, and maybe a friend who needs this too.
Everyone can meditate — let’s help you find the way that works for you. 💛
