Tamara Beaber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including in‑home health care,

hospice and grief services, corrections, substance abuse treatment, and private practice. Tamara has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, trauma, borderline personality disorder, identity concerns, self‑worth challenges, bipolar disorder, and many other emotional and behavioral health needs. Her clinical approach is rooted in meeting each person exactly where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and helping them uncover the strengths that already exist within them. She believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel empowered to define their own path. I just wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude to: The City of Spring Valley, Mayor Melanie Malooley-Thompson, Penny and the Illinois Valley Chamber of Commerce for the ribbon cutting ceremony at my grand opening.
Kelsey for your belief in what I'm building and all your support since you have joined me.
My husband Jonathan, son Trevor and his girlfriend Brianna for your endless love and support from the start. Without you, I don't know that I would have been able to achieve my dreams.
My mom Cindy, brother Brian, sister-in-law Baily, and nephew Carter for all your help, belief in me, and the boost I needed to take the first step.

I am so excited to announce the addition of Kelsey Klein, LSW to the TRC team. Over the past year, I have gotten to know and work with Kelsey. She has such a personable approach that instantly puts you at ease. I believe Kelsey is not only a great fit for TRC she has the ability to enhance the quality of service provided. So, please join me in welcoming Kelsey Klein to the TRC team.

Kelsey Klein is a Master of Social Work graduate and mental health professional from Spring Valley, Illinois, dedicated to serving her hometown community. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, substance use, and co‑occurring mental health challenges. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, empowerment, and authenticity, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and build meaningful, lasting change.

With experience in intensive outpatient and community‑based settings, Kelsey helps clients deepen self‑awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and move from survival mode toward healing and intentional living. She is also committed to education and advocacy, including facilitating parenting programs focused on adverse childhood experiences and resilience. Above all, Kelsey strives to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to create lives that feel aligned, balanced, and authentically their own.
