We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness.

The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Wellsential Health network, is proud to serve the Spring, Texas community. As a non-profit organization, Wellsential Health is focused on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Services such as post-operative care, wound care, IV therapy, and our in-house rehabilitation team set us apart. Unlike facilities that contract

therapy services, our in-house team provides continuity of care by allowing patients and residents to work with the same occupational, speech, and physical therapists throughout their stay, building trust and strong relationships along the way.

For some, that may mean regaining strength after an illness or injury. For others, it may mean greater independence, renewed confidence, or simply having the support to enjoy each day to its fullest.

A heartfelt thank you to Stanley Wilburn Jr. with Impact Church of The Woodlands for graciously visiting with us every third Sunday to offer communion to residents who wish to receive it. His kindness, compassion, and dedication provide comfort and encouragement to so many.
