Your bra fits. So why doesn’t it look like it does?
If you’ve sized up, sized down, tried every style, and still have fullness above or below your bra line, it might not be the bra at all.
Bra rolls can come from a few different things: the fit, your natural anatomy, or a small pocket of subcutaneous fat sitting right beneath the skin. That last one? No amount of bra shopping or cardio is going to touch it.
The only way to know what you’re actually dealing with is to look at the layers of tissue around your bra line and understand what’s going on structurally.
That’s exactly what Rachel does during a complimentary body assessment. She looks at the layers of tissue around your bra line, figures out whether the fullness is fat, skin, or both, and puts together a plan based on what will actually get you the results you’re looking for. She has helped so many clients finally see changes in areas that refused to respond to diet or exercise, and the feedback has been incredible.
If you’ve been frustrated by an area that just won’t budge, this is a good place to start. Anatomy Assessments are complimentary and there’s zero pressure!
