Serenity Thai Massage and Spa is looking for a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team! If you enjoy creating a calm, high-quality experience for guests and thrive in a relaxing environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Warmly greet clients and manage appointments (walk-ins and online bookings).
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and process payments.
Maintain a clean, peaceful, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
Assist with light opening/closing duties and client intake forms.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, organized, and comfortable using booking software.
Prior spa, salon, or hospitality experience is a plus!
