😠 HAPPY NATIONAL GROUCH DAY! 😠

Some people wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Others apparently bought property there and have been living on that side for YEARS! 🤣

We all know at least one person who could win a gold medal in grouchiness. You know the type… coffee isn’t hot enough, the weather isn’t right, people are breathing too loudly, and don’t EVEN think about touching their thermostat! 😂

But here’s the thing…

At Always Best Care Senior Services, we know that sometimes a little grumpiness is just another way of saying, “I could use some extra love, patience, and attention.”

And let’s face it, some of our favorite seniors have perfected the art of being delightfully cantankerous! ❤️

Our caregivers bring compassion, companionship, patience, and sometimes just enough humor to turn even the grumpiest frown upside down.

So today, hug your favorite grouch (if they’ll let you), pour them another cup of coffee, and remind them they’re loved.

🦖 HAPPY NATIONAL FOSSIL DAY! 🦕

Now, before anybody gets their compression socks in a twist, we’re celebrating FOSSILS today… not calling our seniors dinosaurs! 🤣

Although, let’s be honest. Some of our favorite seniors have been around long enough to remember when gas was 25 cents a gallon, phones had cords, and you actually had to GET UP to change the television channel!

And you know what? They’ve got something those dinosaurs didn’t…

WISDOM, EXPERIENCE, GREAT STORIES, and the ability to survive without Wi-Fi! 😂

Always Best Care Senior Services of The Woodlands is teaming up with Operation Pets Alive! to help some wonderful dogs and cats find their new best friends.
And we’re making it extra special for our senior adults!
