Removing drugs and alcohol from my life was a pivotal step, but I quickly realized that it wasn’t enough. If I didn’t work on my morals, principles, and spirituality, I’d still be the same person without the substances, and that would defeat the main purpose of recovery. 🙌

The real magic happens when we dive deep into ourselves and do the inner work. It’s like unlocking a whole new mindset and perspective. Through this journey, I’ve come to understand that recovery is not just about sobriety; it’s about becoming a better, more compassionate, and self-aware version of myself. It’s about becoming more present, and learning to live in the moment.

Most of all, it’s about becoming more connected. More connected to all of you, because we don’t have to do this alone. WE do this Together.

So remember, it’s not just about what we give up; it’s about what we gain.
