Now our patients can schedule an appointment for their re-evaluation by simply texting our office! As medications become low or if symptoms change and our patients need to see a provider, texting our office gets them in direct contact with our staff to get scheduled.

Here you will meet your clinician, have the brief physical exam complete, review education for self injecting, and review your specific tailored plan of care addressing your specific men's heath concerns.
