Showing some love to my client Joe. Joe is such an inspiration. He is in his 40s, was diagnosed with MS some years back and manages his symptoms with a balance of Eastern and Western healing modalities. Joe works out with a personal trainer, and we do yoga and stretch therapy 4 hours a week. "Ain't no stoppin"...Proud of him!

Super proud of my client Shannon in completing the Full Houston Marathon yesterday!! 👏🏾 👏🏾 Last year she had to pull out of the race because of a tibia tear. However, this year with us stretching more, a little bit of yoga, her massages and needling with other practitioners, she finished the race in record time with no injuries just JOY.❤️

June is National Mens Health Month. Let's encourage men and boys to take charge of their health through awareness, screening and education.
This month I'll be highlighting some of the men I stretch/yoga with and how they stay healthy!
Here is Brian 59 years young and Logan 37 years young. They both stay active in the gym, through outside sports activities and yoga/assisted stretching with ...BUT the BIG Health Flex is they BOTH own Hyperbaric Chambers!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. They are aging backwards...Kudos to you both and cheers to good health🎉
