Where there was once a need, there is now hope! 🙌💧With your support, Klay Clinic now has a reliable source of clean water.

These nurses no longer have to leave the clinic to collect water for their patients. This well means better sanitation, safer care, and greater access to clean water for the people who need it most.

Success! Water has arrived at Klay Clinic in Liberia! 💧🙌

Thanks to your support, the entire Klay Community is benefiting from the new on-site water well. Nurses no longer travel to gather water for their patients. Sanitation and safety have increased in the clinic. The police station next door expressed gratitude as they tapped into the water to serve their facility.

Even the Liberian government has taken notice. This month the clinic won the award for Best Performing Health Center from the Liberian Ministry of Health! 🏆 That care translates into improved health and saved lives. To all who made this possible, THANK YOU!

It takes a village to drill a water well🚰🤝

Sinje Hospital in Liberia is in desperate need of an on-site water source. The existing water supply is vulnerable to contamination, and staff have to cross a busy road everyday just to collect water for patient care.

The project costs over $25,000 , but the impact will last for generations.

Reliable, on-site access to clean water will improve sanitation throughout the hospital, making it easier for patients and staff to practice necessary hygiene.

“Currently we have only one incubator.” 💬 NICU Director Tobias shares his needs with Dr. Monique

At Sinje Hospital in Liberia, Tobias and his team work hard every day to care for premature babies with extremely limited resources. As the only NICU in the county, they urgently need incubators, radiant warmers, oxygen concentrators, and medication to properly care for these newborns.

This NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at Sinje Hospital in Liberia is the only one in a county of 180,000 people 🧑‍🍼

General Practitioner Tobias chats with Dr. Monique about the importance of having on-site water.
“IPC” stands for Infection Prevention and Control. Right now, the NICU has no reliable source of clean water. The staff must walk 10 minutes to hand pump the water at a well and carry it back to the hospital.

Revitalization is happening as we speak at Klay Clinic! We’re so excited to see the progress being made.
