Healing is not always dramatic. It’s not about perfect morning routines or "getting your life together" overnight. 🕊️
More often, healing is quiet. It looks like choosing rest without guilt, setting boundaries, and slowing down enough to actually hear your body again. Sometimes, true healing looks like canceling plans because you need to protect your peace. It’s okay if slowing down feels uncomfortable, it just means you’ve been surviving for a long time.
You do not need to heal perfectly to heal meaningfully. 🌿
