there's beauty in unexpected conversations. samantha and sunshine brought such intention to our talk about pollinators today at the wellness fair.

it reminded me that wellness is so much bigger than ourselves. it's about the bees, the flowers, the soil beneath our feet, and the women standing beside us doing the work.

🍓🌿✨ This Sunday I'll have a tent at the Fayetteville Strawberry Festival - something I wouldn't have imagined saying six months ago.

What led to it was simple: I just kept showing up. One hike, one circle, one conversation at a time. I stopped waiting until Wildwood Connections felt "ready" and started letting it be seen.

If you're building something and waiting for the perfect moment to put it out into the world - don't wait. Start small. Show up anyway.

Come find us on the Fayetteville Square from 12–6 this Sunday. We'll be making leaf rubbings, crafting seed bombs, and I'd love to meet you in person. 🌿🍓

I didn't think I could build something of my own, until I tried showing up for the idea I couldn't shake.

I used to believe I wasn't capable of leading other women into nature. Who was I to do that?
But when I took the leap and started Wildwood Connections, one hike, one circle, one woman at a time, I slowly started seeing what was possible.

Now I've been featured on Good Day NWA and I'm launching our official kickoff party THIS SATURDAY. I'm so glad I didn't give up. 🌿

a few weeks ago I introduced something I've been calling mildfire.

not the viral moment. not the overnight launch. the slow, steady burn that builds something real.

and then the most mildfire thing happened — the momentum just kept quietly showing up.

and NOW — soulfire and wildwood connections are officially partnering for a guided mindful hike this may. two slow burns, same flame.
