The woman you’re becoming isn’t always a clear image. Because we’re still becoming her…

But can we attune to her so much so deeply that the version we are now cannot help but to surrender her old ways of being and trust that the higher version of her is guiding her beyond her understanding?

It isn’t easy but it’s where the healing starts.

It’s where the emergence of the new you become.

And it’s where your edge grows.

What’s one thing you know for certain about the woman you’re becoming?

Is she confident, courageous, empowered, athletic, calm, energetic, wild, free, loving?

What’s something you can do today to embody more of her?

Because LIFE is happening every second, every moment is so special to me. 💛

A couple years ago it felt like I was practicing SANTOSHA or contentment. Accepting life as it was. Maybe not having it all,but still appreciating every moment of it.

It seems like now life has rewarded me and that practice has became my daily life. I’m not just practicing it, I’m actually enjoying every second of it! It’s the best chapter of my life, yet.

Maybe that’s still a practice that’s now much more ingrained in my psyche and therefore materialized in my reality. ✨

These are sweet moments I’ve been enjoying lately with family, friends, community, and of course my dearest beloved Kyle Fitz

How many times have we done our very best to just make them understand and no matter how much we tried we were met with avoidance, disrespect and disappointment?

When someone is stock on viewing things from their own lens’s without wishing to understand you, that’s when you know you might as well just be talking to a wall, because it’s pointless.

That’s the moment honey, you might as well just leave without apology.

You’re so worthy of being fully seen, heard, understood and appreciated for all that you are.

Love invites us to be open, patient, and willing to grow together.

Self-abandonment is a survival tactic that silences parts of yourself to keep someone else comfortable.

There’s a difference between choosing to work through something with someone and continually betraying your own needs, values, and boundaries just to make the relationship work.

Love doesn’t require you to disappear to make room for someone else. That’s self betrayal 💔

You can love someone deeply and still acknowledge that the relationship is costing you your peace.

You can have compassion for their wounds without making it your responsibility to heal them. And you can understand someone’s struggles without excusing the way they treat you.

Sometimes, we confuse how much we’re willing to tolerate with how deeply we’re capable of loving. But enduring more pain doesn’t make your love more meaningful.

Real growth begins when you stop asking, “How can I love them better so they finally choose me?” and start asking, “Am I still honoring myself in the way I’m loving them?”

If you feel like you’re walking on eggshells, it’s not love.

Stop making your own needs the price you pay for connection.

You’re so worthy of all the love, beauty, passion and fulfillment.

Sometimes, it’s not that you don’t see the red flags. It’s that you’re afraid of what accepting what they might mean.

Maybe it means losing someone you love, letting go of the future you imagined, or facing the fear of starting over.

So you make excuses. You focus on their potential instead of their patterns. You convince yourself that if you love them a little harder, things will eventually change.

But healing begins when you stop asking yourself how to make the relationship work and start asking yourself why you’re willing to abandon your own needs to keep it.

✨ You can love someone deeply and still acknowledge that the relationship isn’t healthy for you.

Rebuilding self-trust means learning to face the truth without making someone else’s presence more important than your own peace.

Because the moment you stop letting the fear of losing someone dictate your choices is the moment you begin choosing from self-worth instead of fear.

Sometimes, the hardest part of heartbreak isn’t what someone else did to you. It’s realizing how many times you silenced your intuition, justified their behavior, and settled for less than you knew you deserved because you were afraid.

But here’s the thing: you don’t rebuild self-trust by blaming yourself for what you didn’t see or weren’t ready to accept.

You rebuild it by learning to listen to yourself again.

By honoring your boundaries, trusting your observations, and choosing what aligns with your worth even when it means letting go.

✨ It’s not about never getting it wrong… we’re going to make mistakes. That’s how we learn..

But can we train ourselves to not turn against ourselves and to stop abandoning ourselves when something doesn’t go as we expected.

This is how we begin creating a different relationship pattern one rooted in self-worth rather than fear.

Because the more you trust yourself, the less you’re willing to negotiate your peace just to be loved. ❤️

And that’s empowering.

That’s you being your sovereign self.

You were never meant to spend your life surviving love. 🤎

You’re allowed to outgrow the relationships that require you to abandon yourself. You’re allowed to choose peace over potential, consistency over confusion, and safety over chemistry that keeps you in survival mode.

Healing is learning that love doesn’t have to hurt to be meaningful. You can experience passion, bliss, intimacy, and deep connection without sacrificing your peace to receive it. ✨

You’re not asking for too much. You’re learning to stop settling for too little.

Save this as your reminder. 🌹
