It is with great sadness that we must post this notice. On this, the 27th anniversary of our practice, we have unfortunately had to close permanently. We are so grateful for the lasting friendships we have developed and will miss you all. We are posting so you know if you call, you may reach a disconnected number. Our social media presence will be gone soon too. Again, we are so grateful for all the years we had with all our terrific patients. Thank you for being a part of our lives.
