Homework doesn't have to be a pain in the neck... literally!
As school starts back up, kids are spending more time at desks, on laptops, and doing homework. Small posture habits can make a big difference over the course of the school year.
Here are a few simple tips:
✔️ Keep both feet flat on the floor.
✔️ Sit all the way back in the chair for support.
✔️ Raise the screen to eye level when possible.
✔️ Keep elbows close to your sides.
✔️ Take a movement break every 30–45 minutes.
Remember, the best posture is your next posture. Encourage your child to move often instead of sitting in one position for hours.
If your child frequently complains of neck pain, headaches, back pain, or poor posture after school, it may be worth having their spine evaluated.
Let's help them start the school year strong—both in the classroom and beyond. 🎒
