If you’re 55 or older and finding daily life or health needs harder to manage, PACE of the Ozarks may be able to help.

PACE is a coordinated care program designed to help older adults stay safely at home with dignity, independence, and peace of mind.

We provide comprehensive support, including:

💜 Transportation to appointments

PACE, also known as Program of All-inclusive Care for Elderly, is a Medicare benefit option designed to support the needs of the aging seniors in the community who are in need of nursing-level of care but can remain at home with the support and services of PACE of the Ozarks.
