Our residents are looking forward to welcoming trick-or-treaters from Warder Park-Wayne Elementary, and we need your help making sure there's plenty of candy to share! 👻🧡

October is National Dental Hygiene Month. Keeping up with brushing, flossing, regular dental visits, and other daily habits can help protect your teeth and gums as you age.

Take care of that smile! 😁💙

-Brush your teeth twice a day

-Floss every day

-Visit your dentist regularly

-Clean dentures every day

-Replace your toothbrush regularly

-Drink plenty of water

-Limit sugary foods and drinks

-Tell your dentist about mouth pain or changes

Today our behavioral therapy group met and discussed how incorporating daily activities into our routines can have a positive impact on our mood and overall well-being. 🌞

Even little things can make a big difference. It's important to participate in hobbies, listen to your favorite music, spend time with friends and loved ones, and get a little exercise in. DO all the things that bring you joy!

We enjoyed a wonderful session focused on positive habits, emotional wellness, and finding joy in our everyday moments. 😊

Sometimes, simply being present, hearing familiar music, sharing a smile, or having a one-on-one conversation makes all the difference. 🥰

🎃👻 HELP US MAKE HALLOWEEN EXTRA SWEET! 🍬🖤

Good Shepherd Village is getting into the Halloween spirit! We are collecting individually wrapped candy to help make the upcoming indoor Trick-or-Treat event spooktackular with the Warder Park Wayne kiddos! 🕷️🎃

🍭 Want to help? Bring your favorite individually wrapped Halloween candy and drop it off in our Halloween Donation Box located in the front lobby of Good Shepherd Village.

Our residents are excited to help spread a little Halloween magic and make sure the kids have plenty of treats to enjoy! 🧙‍♀️🍫👻
