Our first Birth Prep Workshop on May 2nd was such a beautiful success 🤍

I learned so much about what I’d love to tweak for next time, but for our very first workshop, we were surrounded by incredible first-time parents, meaningful conversations, and so much shared wisdom.

Huge thank you to our amazing guest speakers—Molly from Instinct Wellness, Amy from Held in Ritual, and Dr. Sam—for the welcoming space and such an insightful talk on how chiropractic care supports long term health.

We were also so blessed with generous giveaways from Postpartum with Kayla, Supplement Superstore, Magelitz Clinic, and Wellthy Juice Co.—thank you for pouring into these families!

📖🔍 I’ve been reading Ina May Gaskin’s book, Spiritual Midwifery this last month or so. One thing about her books that is very clear, she enjoys teaching through stories! We can learn lot from one another’s birth stories, which is why our Birth Circle is so special to me 🥰
