We’re hosting a relaxed backyard yoga session to honor the energy of the solstice and support one of our amazing therapists who’s just become a certified yoga instructor! 🧘‍♀️

Bring your yoga mat and move at your own pace — or simply come hang out and soak it in.

🍉 Snacks + Refreshments will be provided — $5 for food, the rest is donation-based.
