✨Yes you can experience depression without meeting the criteria for a mood disorder.
✨Yes, you can still utilize therapy if you experience momentary depression.

There are days when the task list feels heavy.
The coffee barely maintains its power and your bed has a vice-grip on your body.

Sometimes, you fight with all that you have to overpower the heaviness and sometimes you welcome the signs of fatigue and leave the to-dos as a problem for another day.

Remember that rest is not earned, and you are well within your rights to take a time to breathe. If bed rotting is not in the cards for you, consider rearranging tasks to allow yourself flexibility for low energy activities.
