โœจCome works a spa event day with us!
Today was one of our chair massage event days, so I figured Iโ€™d bring you along ๐Ÿ˜‚

We loaded everything up, set up two chairs, rotated five therapists throughout the day, and somehow kept the actual spa running at the same time.

19 people came through for 20-minute sessions, and some liked it enough to come back for round twoโ€ฆ and even round three ๐Ÿ˜‚

By 4:45 we were packing everything back into the car and calling it a day.

Definitely not a normal day at the spa, but this is one of the parts of owning one that people donโ€™t usually get to see.

โœจ Bittersweet moment at Spring โœจ

Our esthetician and lash artist Angie has been part of the spa for over two years and cared for many wonderful clients here.

Sheโ€™s moving on to a new adventure and Iโ€™m genuinely excited to see what she builds next.

Itโ€™s always a little sad to see good people go, but growth is part of the journey.

Thank you for everything you contributed here, Angie. Wishing you so much success in your next chapter.

Some people buy a new TV.
Some people book a trip.

And some people finally do something about their shoulders. ๐Ÿ˜…

After a long winter, a lot of people are realizing how much tension theyโ€™ve been carrying.

Turns out your body kept the receipts.

If your shoulders sound like a bag of Rice Krispies when you roll themโ€ฆ

It might be time.

Massage shouldnโ€™t feel like torture.

If youโ€™re clenching your jaw,
holding your breath,
and counting down the minutesโ€ฆ

Thatโ€™s not โ€œdeep.โ€
Thatโ€™s your body guarding.

Strong pressure is great.
But random pressure isnโ€™t.

Real deep tissue is controlled.
Intentional.
Targeted.

You should walk out feeling relieved.
Not like you survived something.

Thereโ€™s a difference.

If youโ€™ve ever left a massage more tense than when you walked inโ€ฆ you know exactly what I mean.

I donโ€™t struggle with motivation.
I struggle with noise.

๐ŸŽ™ Just watched an interview where Kevin Oโ€™Leary talked about signal to noise ratio and it clicked immediately.

Thatโ€™s how Iโ€™ve always operatedโ€ฆ but Iโ€™ve had to train it.

I have two vision boards in my house.

๐Ÿงญ One is in my TV room.
That one is about core values.
Who I am.
What I donโ€™t compromise on.
Thatโ€™s my compass.

๐Ÿ“ The bigger whiteboard is in my living room.
I walk past it every day.
That one is ex*****on.
Immediate goals.
Mid term targets.
The signals that actually move my life forward.

If something doesnโ€™t align with those boards, itโ€™s noise.
Even if it looks exciting.
Even if it flatters my ego.
Even if everyone else is doing it.

Not everything deserves equal energy.

โœจ Filtering is a skill.
And Iโ€™m still refining mine.

Whatโ€™s been noise in your life lately?

Thereโ€™s something about this time of year.

The air shifts.
The light changes.
Even the way we breathe feels different.

Spring is coming.

Winter holds tension.
Spring lets it soften.

Not with a dramatic reset.
Just your shoulders dropping.
Your jaw unclenching.
Your body realizing it doesnโ€™t have to brace anymore.

Thatโ€™s the shift.

Thatโ€™s why so many of our members treat massage like part of their season change.

Not a splurge.
Not an emergency fix.
Just steady, intentional care.
