We all have vulnerabilities. Metallica, and many other stars (Slipknot, Pink, Lady Gaga, Nikki Sixx), are open about their mental health and addiction; along with the importance of being aware of how they are feeling. We must be mindful everyday, and to do that you must take moments for yourself throughout the day to do a check in. Then listen to yourself & do what is best for you. 💜
