• Explore how ADHD and executive functioning differences can show up at work
• Learn to recognize less-visible executive functioning challenges
• Discuss real-world workplace barriers and case studies
• Identify practical strategies, accommodations, and coaching techniques
• Build skills to better support successful employment outcomes

Burnout doesn’t usually happen overnight.
It often shows up quietly—through mental fatigue, difficulty concentrating, emotional exhaustion, or feeling like you’re constantly “on.”
Recognizing these signs isn’t about labeling yourself. It’s about noticing what your mind and body may be trying to tell you.
Whether you’re supporting clients, coworkers, students, or your own family, your well-being matters, too.

Which slide resonated with you most?💚
