Beginning next week!
Join the Career Connection Employment Resource Institute for a special 2-part interactive training series + follow-up coaching session presented by the Cornell University Disability Workforce Development Center!
🧠 Executive Functioning (EF) in the Workplace Series: Supporting Individuals with ADHD and Neurodivergence
ADHD and executive functioning challenges can impact much more than attention and focus. Working memory, time perception, emotional regulation, motivation, and visual processing can all influence an individual’s experience in the workplace.
Without an understanding of these differences, workplace challenges may be misinterpreted as a lack of motivation, professionalism, or effort.
✨ In this series, participants will:
• Explore how ADHD and executive functioning differences can show up at work
• Learn to recognize less-visible executive functioning challenges
• Discuss real-world workplace barriers and case studies
• Identify practical strategies, accommodations, and coaching techniques
• Build skills to better support successful employment outcomes
📅 Part 1: Tuesday, August 11 | 10:30 AM–12:00 PM ET
