I’ve been brainstorming ways to make scheduling and knowing when I’m coming into town a little easier for my LS/KC clients.

Since I’m only in town 1–2x a month, my schedule tends to fill pretty quickly aaaaand I know it can be hard to keep up with when I’ll be there.

So I’ve started a simple text list where I send my availability to you before I post it publicly.

Yesterday I experienced a Womb Space Reiki Healing session, and it reminded me how much wisdom our bodies carry, especially in the spaces we’ve been taught to disconnect from.

There’s so much power in choosing to come back home to yourself, in channeling the healthy inner rage.. the fire we as women carry.

A lifetime of being told we’re “too much”.
Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Too loud.
Too soft.

But what if that “too much” is actually your power? (It is 😉🩷)

What if it was never meant to be silenced.. but felt, honored, and expressed?

Healing is about reclaiming every part of yourself you were taught to hide.
