My Hot Yoga is located in the newly renovated Southern Hills Shopping Center and hosts two beautiful studios. The HOT STUDIO offers a variety of diverse classes weekly including deep stretch (yin yoga), power yoga, vinyasa, yoga sculpt and barre. The NON-HOT STUDIO offers hatha yoga, beginner and intermediate aerial yoga classes. MHY has a wonderful and knowledgeable team of instructors. The studio is equipped with full service men's and women's locker rooms including spa towels and more. MHY for many is a home away from home, a place to feel warmth, relaxation, wellness and peace. We are hosting Adrienne Parnell and Courtney Krueger for two special events in September at My Hot Yoga! Practice with two experienced teachers together in one space.

For some self-care and time to relax, join us on Tuesday, September 15th for a restorative sound bath and guided meditation cozied up in one of our aerial hammocks.

Then, on Thursday, September 25th, Adrienne and Courtney are leading an Alignment and Technique workshop. Refine your asana practice by diving deep into this month's poses. Learn what works best for your body and your practice.

On Tuesday, August 25th, guest teacher Madalyn Moses joins us for Reconnect: A Somatic Healing Experience. Learn how past trauma can be stored in the body and you can start to release through breath work, somatic meditation, gentle movement, and restorative yoga.
