✨ I had my very first sound healing session this morning with Awakening Alignment Sound Healing … and WOW. ✨

I honestly didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it was such a beautiful experience. The atmosphere she created was incredibly peaceful, welcoming, and calming from the moment I walked in.

She incorporated sound bowls, tuning forks, and several other beautiful elements that made the entire experience feel so intentional and restorative. 🩷

A huge shoutout to Kara at ✨️Oates Family Chiropractic!

I received an adjustment from her yesterday afternoon, and for the first time in a long time, my back pain hasn't returned. I honestly can't remember the last time I worked a full day without being in pain. It had gotten to the point where it was limiting both my work and my ability to exercise.

Today, I was able to do both—and I feel absolutely amazing!✨️
