Representatives from the Greene County Library came to our facility to help residents sign up for library cards, access online reading and find other helpful resources. You're never to old to learn and always keep reading in your heart. 📖 💻

Reminder that only those who come to the dining room daily get to play. There is always room for more to be added to our daily dining. Congrats, Teresa!

Spring Valley celebrated our very special Frank for his 100th birthday! Frank started his day off with the group for coffee and donuts. Our Activities dept hosted a surprise birthday party to celebrate with him. Ms. Scarlett came to entertain us for his special day. Happy 100th Frank! We all love you very much.

Mandy from Good Shepherd Hospice showed up with popsicles for the staff and residents! After a couple of hot summer days, it was a well appreciated treat. We enjoyed them during a game of Lucky Lotto.

Congratulations to Bob, our lunch bingo Grand Prize Winner!

Residents who eat daily in the Grand Dining Room compete in bingo weekly with 2 numbers given each day. Winners then get a special lunch treat! Each Tuesday is also margarita, nachos, chips & salsa happy hour hosted by Wayne from Med-Bridge Social Services & Tami, our facility Activities Supervisor.

What a highlight for those who choose to eat in the Grand Dining room. It’s never to late to join!

A special Thank You from Spring Valley to Gary and the Ho**ey Tonk guys. Everyone always enjoys when they come to entertain.

Whether on the sideline tapping our feet, listening and singing along, or getting up to shake a leg, they make it easy to have a good time. These guys bring back all those good ol' memories.

We are happy to welcome all of the residents from the East Dining room back to the Grand Dining room again. It was fun to resume socializations and interactions we have missed through the years since COVID restrictions were enacted.

We held a Fiesta with margaritas, tacos, and nachos with cheese, salsa and all the fixings for lunch. We played our daily round of Bingo and our weekly special games. Several residents won door prizes!

Spring Valley enjoyed a patriotic celebration for the 250th Anniversary 4th of July! Our maintenance team spent the night smoking the pulled pork which was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans and ice cold watermelon. Special Thank you to Issac Kenneth for the entertainment!

Spring Valley hosted one more day to remind our CNAs and CMTs how much they are appreciated. Chuck, our Human Resource Director, made his mile long sandwich and staff brought in sides. Thank you all from your Spring Valley family.
