Our welcoming Studio is 1344 Woodhurst, a 8,000 sq ft free-standing building. There is a Pilates Equipment room, a GYROTONIC® room, A Private Lesson room, and a large 1,000 sq ft room specifically for group classes (such as Barre, TRX, Yoga, Yoga Ropes, Mat Pilates classes). Plus Rachel & Tonya’s massage therapy, Lenka Hales who offers Reflexology/Pedicures, Estheticians Liz Watts & Kelli Larson,

Our full-time manager is there to greet you as you walk in our reception area. Coffee/tea and welcoming environment will make you feel at home!

To better serve our clients and make it easier for those on our waitlists to get into class, we will be updating our cancellation policy. Effective immediately, class reservations will need to be cancelled (online or by calling 417-883-4047) at least 36 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a late fee.

Puppy Yoga Spring 2026 🐾🧘🏼‍♀️💜

A huge thank you to for joining us for a fun morning of movement, puppy cuddles, and community! Rescue One does incredible work for animals in the Ozarks, and we’re grateful to partner with an organization that makes such a difference.

If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, or are interested in fostering, be sure to check them out and support their mission.

Admission is $5 or a donation of food/supplies for Rescue One (check out their most needed items online). Enjoy gentle movement, local vendors, and dog cuddles while supporting a great cause!
