Japan was awe-inspiring and unforgettable! Looking back at these moments from the Japan Yoga Retreats, I’m filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

To every person who chose to come on this journey with me…thank you for trusting me with your travel plans, your time, & your practice.

And I couldn’t have done it without the people who welcomed us so graciously throughout our stay. The kindness, generosity, & traditions we experienced made this journey far more meaningful than I could have imagined possible. The level of hospitality was second to none. I’m especially grateful to the staff and the owner & staff and the Houdini Travel guides Mikami, Tomomi, & for helping create experiences and memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. 🙏

What a pleasure and what a privilege it is to have the opportunity to travel. And I’m the luckiest of them all to have such amazing friends & students to share these adventures with. 😊

Travel has a way of transforming us, taking us outside of what is familiar and reminding us just how big and beautifully connected this world is. 🌎 Add in some yoga, community, adventure, and a little sake 🍶😉 and the journey becomes as much inward as it is outward. ✨

✨ Congratulations to a group of incredible yoga teacher training graduates! ✨

Today we celebrate a journey that began many months ago. A journey filled with long weekends, deep study, honest reflection, big feelings, sore muscles, breakthroughs, laughter, tears, and so much heart. These women showed up with courage and curiosity, supporting one another through every chapter of this training. Watching them grow into confident, grounded, compassionate teachers has been the greatest honor.

To each of you: thank you for your dedication, your openness, your vulnerability, your effort, and your devotion to this practice. You poured your whole selves into this work, and it shows. As you step out into the world, may you share yoga with the same authenticity and love that you brought into this training. Your future students are so lucky already. ☺️🍀
