October brings pumpkin spice, cozy fall traditions, and the start of flu season. 🍂 As we spend more time indoors, taking a few extra precautions can go a long way toward protecting our health and the health of those we love. Getting your annual flu vaccine, practicing good hand hygiene, and staying home when you’re sick are all important ways to help reduce the spread of illness.

You never quite know what you’ll see walking down the halls during Halloween season.

Our Wellness Director surprised residents by showing up in a full capybara costume, posing for pictures and making her way through the community to spread a little Halloween fun. The residents had plenty of smiles to share with their unexpected visitor.
