Please help me welcome our new Assistant Director of Nursing Megan Henry!! Megan has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for six years and just recently graduated as a Registered Nurse! She is passionate about caring for the geriatric population and takes pride in providing compassionate,quality care to the residents here at Springfield Nursing and Rehab. Megan loves being part of the team and enjoys coming to work each day. Outside of work Megan has been happily married for 10 years and is a proud mom to three beautiful daughters. Megan looks forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents,families and staff. ❤️❤️

Dana has 23 years of nursing experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge,compassion and dedication to caring for our residents. She believes that Springfield Nursing and Rehab feels like home not just a workplace. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three, a grandmother to six grandchildren and a dog mom to three furry companions. Dana is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of our residents,families,and staff while leading our team with heart and dedication. ❤️❤️

Our 2026 Annual Dog Show was AMAZING‼️ We were sort of cramped due to having to move it inside because of weather, but the dogs adapted well and were so well behaved‼️ 🐩🐾🐶Want to extend a sincere thank you to all those that participated, the residents loved it so much‼️❤️ I absolutely love how the community shows up and supports our facility in giving our residents such a good life‼️ Much love to all of you‼️❤️🐾

Today is the day‼️‼️ Hope to see you all at 2:00 with wagging tails and smiles‼️ Just letting everyone who plans to come that I have decided to hold it inside in the front lobby, that way we don’t fight the rain and wind. Nothing worse than wet dogs and muddy paws‼️🐾🐾 The residents are excited to see all the fur babies and vote for their favorites‼️🐕🐩🐶🐾

Ok fur baby owners, time for our yearly Dog Show‼️🐶🐕🐩🐾 Please bring your dogs and let them strut their stuff‼️Contact Denise, Activity Director for any questions. The residents love this activity every year so let’s do it for them and make them smile‼️😁☺️❤️
