Seasons Hospice is a Faith based, Non-profit provider that has served Southwest Missouri with excellent end of life care for over 22 years.

Our mission is to provide comfort, bring compassion and share hope with the terminally ill and their loved ones.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and participated in the Springfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center annual trunk or treat! As always, it was a huge turnout for a night of food, fun, and of course, tons of candy! 🍬🍫🍭

Every patient has different needs, which is why hospice care should never feel one-size-fits-all. 💙

Our registered hospice nurses (RNs) provide Individualized Care & Emotional Support, with care customized to suit the patient and their needs.

Each care visit focuses on quality of life, comfort care and palliative care through pain management, and support for the patient’s family, loved ones, and caretakers.

Whether care is provided at home or in an inpatient facility, our goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable and supported as possible.

One of the most common misconceptions about hospice care is that it automatically ends after six months. It doesn’t.

A patient can stay on hospice longer than six months as long as they continue to meet the medical eligibility criteria. Regular evaluations help determine whether hospice remains appropriate based on the patient’s condition and care needs.

Whether care lasts a few weeks, several months, or longer, the focus remains the same: comfort, dignity, quality of life, and support for the family. 💙
