Northgate Medical PC Northgate Medical PC offers outpatient primary care to adults. This includes regular examination and treatment based on current AMA, NIH and CDC guidelines.

Health care provided at Northgate Medical is directed and coordinated by Medical Doctors, which supervise other staff such as: Physician Assistants (PA), Medical Assistants (MA) and others medical personnel. Medical services provided at Northgate Medical are those generally provided by other primary care centers. One of the main goals of Northgate Medical is to increase the patients' knowledge on management of their disease, in order to improve outcomes. This is done through an emphasis on education provided by medical staff and by encouraging and referring patients to diverse educational and wellness programs offered in Springfield.
