Today we're celebrating Elise!

While completing coursework in the field of ABA, Elise consistently demonstrates a passion for learning and a dedication to providing the highest quality support to the children and families she serves. She gives 100% to every minute of every session, bringing thoughtfulness and energy to every aspect of her role—from planning and preparing activities to working directly with learners and reflecting through her documentation.

Her smile is contagious, and our learners are just as excited to see her as she is to see them. She brings warmth, joy, and genuine care to every interaction, helping make learning both engaging and meaningful.

Although she is our newest team member, it feels as though she has been part of our team from the very beginning. We are so grateful for everything she brings to our ABLE each day!

Today we're celebrating Shayla!

In addition to supporting learners each day, Shayla is currently pursuing her master's degree in ABA while accruing supervision hours toward her BCBA certification. Her dedication to learning and professional growth is reflected in the care and enthusiasm she brings to every session.

Shayla shows up with a positive attitude and full energy every day, making learning feel like an adventure. Whether she's using her best character voice or turning a transition into a spy mission, she creates engaging experiences that keep learners motivated and connected.

She's also always willing to lend a helping hand to teammates and families alike. Her positivity, creativity, and commitment to growth make her an invaluable part of our team.

We're so grateful for everything she has brought to ABLE since the very beginning!

With decades of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with and without neurodivergent diagnoses and their families we are seeking interested individuals who want to grow relationships and connect with others.

Andrea brings a unique balance of sharp analytical skills and a natural ability to connect through play. She thoughtfully embeds learning opportunities into engaging, meaningful interactions, making skill development feel fun and accessible for her learners. She is fully present in every session, meeting each learner where they are and helping them grow with patience, insight, and care.

She is also a true sponge for learning—constantly reflecting, asking thoughtful questions, and seeking new ways to support her learners' progress. Her curiosity and commitment to growth help make her an even stronger advocate for the children and families she serves.

We're so grateful for the energy, dedication, and heart she has brought to our team since Day 1!

Michelle has a remarkable ability to connect with children from a variety of backgrounds, creating safe, trust-based relationships through empathy, understanding, and genuine care. Because children feel supported by her, she is able to encourage them to take on challenges, build confidence, and develop important life skills.

She also brings that same sense of care to our team, helping create the strong, supportive community that makes ABLE special.

Today we are celebrating Shayla P.!

When you work with children ranging from preschool age to early teens, no two sessions are ever the same. That's one of the many reasons Shayla has been such an important part of our team since Day 1.

Her creativity shines through in every thoughtfully planned activity, while her ability to play, connect, and build relationships allow children to feel comfortable and engaged. She understands the nuance required to support children across different ages, personalities, and developmental stages, and she approaches each session with care and intention.
