Hello Full Moon in Aquarius 🌕✨

She rises tonight, calling our collective spirits to awake.

So many of us are feeling it. The longing for connection. The ache of feeling alone here on earth, even in a world so full of people.

This moon asks us to feel that ache and to answer it. Not alone, but together.

Here is the part I keep coming back to. What we crave starts with how we tend ourselves. Managing our own energy. Setting boundaries and holding them, even when it’s hard. And still choosing to love big anyway.

That is not a contradiction. That is the work. When each of us does this, we create the very connection we are longing for.

What are you calling in tonight? What is your part in building it?

Let’s sit with her light for a moment. Let her remind you that you are not separate.

We are ALL a big part of what comes next. Higher consciousness. Higher love.

The Sun shifted into Leo yesterday. This is not just a shift in the sky. It is an invitation. An alchemical fire if we allow it to be. Where do you need some fire?

Jupiter had already arrived in Leo, for the first time in twelve years. It is quietly expanding confidence, visibility and authentic expression everywhere it touches.

Leo asks us to look at our own sovereign being. What would it feel like to know your worth without needing anyone to confirm it? To know it internally?

Here in the US we have built an idol mindset. We look outward, to leaders, celebrities, influencers and systems, to tell us who we are and what is true.

What if the answer was never out there to begin with? Where in your life have you been waiting for someone else to shine the light?

Leo is ruled by the Sun. The Sun does not seek permission to shine. It simply illuminates. It reveals what has been hidden.

So many of us feel unsteady right now. That makes sense. Illuminated truth is not always comfortable, especially when it has been hidden for a long time.

You do not have to carry it alone.

With Jupiter already lighting the way and the Sun about to join it, there is an invitation here too. To breathe. To come home to yourself.

Your own light was never something to earn. It has always been there, waiting for you to uncover it and say yes to it.

It is up to us to look inside, and to trust ourselves.

Grateful for liberation 🙏🙌🙏

Mikao Usui pointed this out very clearly within the Reiki precepts. Do we water anger and worry or do we water gratefulness, being true to our way and our being, and compassion to ourselves and others. If we water anger and worry, it will grow, it will be our prison. If we water compassion it will be our liberation.

Did you know you could share a session? Shared sessions are always such a beautiful experience. Mom and daughter, couples, fur babies and their owners, there is always such a beautiful Oneness that washes over all involved.

Combined with intention setting this type of session can be a powerful relationship reboot, a way to overcome communication issues, or so much more.
